New e-commerce solutions UAB, “Londesa”
UAB Londesa since 2022 February implements a project for implementation of the e-commerce model. In order to carry out profitable activities in the COVID-19 affected market, as well as to increase the attractiveness of the services provided and the productivity of the employees, the project will create an electronic customer self-service system. In a modern mobile application, customers will be able to order food subscription (in Vilnius and Kaunas cities) on their own, as well as to participate in surveys (improving personal subscriptions), interacting directly with the company's staff and receiving important reports related to ordering.
Successful implementation of the project results will allow customers to obtain services faster and more conveniently, and the company will have the opportunity to manage orders more efficiently and monitor the demand for services offered and the products sold, with more customer needs and expectations.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, as the European Union responds to the Covid-19 pandemic.
